Woodlands is a hidden gem in Knysna. There are hundreds of trees around. It has a great country feel.

Here we have the opportunity to put the gas pipe into the surface bed.

This house will run 5 appliances.

A Rinnai gas water heater for the bathrooms, recessed into the wall with one of our recessed boxes, an Atlas gas water heater for the scullery, an Infiniti drop in gas fireplace, a gas stove and a gas point at the braai to use a fire stick on a quick release coupler to light the braai instead of using firelighters.
